   STOCK ROM- Stock Rom is a  System Rom which you get preinstalled

in your particular android device when you get the device

spending some money and buy it. Stock Rom preinstalled by the

manufacturer of that particular device such as Samsung, Nokia, Sony

and many more.

Advantages of Stock Rom-

    It is manufacturer oriented and comes with a clean system, guaranteed

system, orignal Android system. It is a stable Rom to use further. It keeps

the software warranty of the particular android device.

Disadvantages of Stock Rom-

    Many features are locked by the manufacturer . The manufacturer always

gives sofware updates for Stock Rom only till below of the hardware limitations

of the device. The user is not given the permission to tweak the device without

rooting.
